SHIPPING TIME
Express Shipping
Express orders are posted on the next day morning from Sydney if the order is placed before 4pm (Sydney time) and are posted the next day afternoon if placed after 4pm. Express post parcels are usually delivered within 1-3 days of dispatch to metro areas and 2-4 days to regional locations, although remote areas can be up to 7 business days
Standard Shipping
Regular orders are posted from Sydney within 1 business days. Regular post parcels are usually delivered within 2-5 business days of dispatch to metro area and up to 10 days to regional locations.
During pandemic/disaster
We post parcel on time however you may experience shipping delays with Australia Post during pandemic or disaster (flood/bushfire etc.) This will unfortunately affect our usual shipping times for both express and regular shipping. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
DELIVERY COST
- International customers are responsible for customs/import taxes and any additional charges within their own country.
- Use this estimator to get an idea of the duties and taxes you may be charged
- Once shipped delivery can take anywhere between 1-6 weeks
Important Shipping Information
Parcels may be left if the property is deemed to be safe and secure, even if a signature is required. If you do not want this please leave an order message requesting signature only or collect at Post Office if not home.
We can deliver to all business, residential and PO boxes. Please make sure to include both your name and the business name if sending to a business address.
You will receive an email once your package has been shipped with a tracking number.
If you request to have your package left (without signature) please be aware that this is at your own risk. We do not replace missing parcels if there has been a signature opt-out.
