RETURNING VIA POST

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered, you can return it within 14 days of it being delivered to you and we will refund your purchase cost by way of the original payment method. Product must be in original condition, unworn, unused, and with original tags attached. We do not accept exchanges on items returned to us via post. If you would like to order a different size, we recommend you purchase the size you are after online and then return the undesired size to us via post for a refund. Please note that any parcels sent to Mission Crafts Returns are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us.

Please note we deduct $8.00 for the use of our returns label if you are an Australian based customer. This amount will be deducted from your return purchase cost. We will send you the label in your mail, you need to print it out and use on the parcel.

RETURNING IN-STORE

Online purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery date to Mission Crafts physical location (North Parramatta NSW 2151) for an exchange or refund. You will need to bring your online order receipt as proof of purchase and items must be in original condition with tags attached. PayPal and Afterpay purchases can be returned in store and will be processed during business hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

PROCESSING RETURNS

Returns are usually processed within 2 days of being received, but may take up to 3 business days during busy periods. Once your refund has been processed please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to show in your account, depending on your payment provider. PayPal and Afterpay purchases can be returned online or in store and will be processed during business hours: Monday to Friday 9am and 5pm. Mission Crafts is not responsible to follow up bank transaction requests on customer's behalf.   You can read more about our returns here
